Yvonne Dubielak
Executive Director

Yvonne brings a lifetime of leadership and a deep connection to gardening and community. She grew up on a farm, holds degrees in Education and Educational Administration and Non-Profit Leadership Certification from the Center for Nonprofit resources, and she served as a teacher and school principal for 23 years. Her rich background perfectly complements her role at Toledo GROWs. She began as Program Manager in 2013 and became Executive Director in 2017.

Yvonne oversees operations, management, and programs, while also serving as the organization’s chief fundraiser and community liaison, passionately furthering Toledo GROWs’ mission.

Outside of work, Yvonne enjoys singing in a choir, attending live music performances, reading, crocheting, and unwinding with a PBS series.
