Megan Burton
Urban Farm Coordinator

Megan joined Toledo GROWs in 2021 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Watershed Management from BGSU. She brings a wealth of experience in farming and environmental stewardship. Her background spans working with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service on sea lamprey and Atlantic salmon projects, managing a 170-acre farm restoration in Maine, and researching innovative composting and aquaculture methods. Megan plans and plants crops, manages seedlings, leads volunteers, oversees 26 cheerful hens, and keeps farm equipment in top shape—all while sharing her knowledge of sustainable gardening.

When not on the farm, Megan loves hiking with her partner and dog, relaxing by the lake, sketching, reading, or unwinding with a good video game.
